Sarah is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Stretch Coach in the state of Florida. She graduated from the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida in October 1997, where she was trained in Swedish Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Polarity Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage and Chair Massage. Since then, she has acquired the modalities of Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, Myofacial Cupping Therapy, and has become a Certified Stretch Coach.
Sarah has experience in working in a spa setting, chiropractic clinic and physical therapy clinic. It is her goal to help people lead better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of Therapeutic Massage. She is dedicated to continuing to learn new skills to better help her clients. She uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals’ needs so each specific massage is customized.
In her free time Sarah enjoys hiking, running, kayaking, traveling, taking the time to appreciate the natural wonders of the world and spending time with her two children.

Specializing and certified in sports and medical massage, Ryan’s training allows him to focus on helping people with injuries, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, and more. Cupping, Gua Sha, and stretching can also be incorporated. Ryan has been a massage therapist since 2019 and takes pride in making each treatment specific to his client’s needs…no cookie cutter massages!
If it’s relaxation you’re looking for, Ryan also has a strong background in Swedish massage, which is great for stress relief and general wellbeing.
Ryan also works with chiropractic offices and is passionate about his work as a Massage Therapist. “Helping people feel better and live healthier is my passion. I can truly say that massage is not a luxury, but a necessity.”
Elizabeth Wilson MS, RD graduated magnu cum laude with her undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She also obtained her master’s degree in Human Performance and completed the coordinated program of dietetics from the University of Alabama.
In college, Liz competed on the track and field team, and after college played 8 years in the WFA, a women’s contact football league. As her career progressed she started to see a lot of her clients suffering from pain or medical ailments that did not have a solution in the western medical model. That is when she decided to venture in to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Liz believes no one should live in pain and that medication is not the answer to every problem. She graduated from East West College of Natural Medicine with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Health Science and a master’s degree in Science in Oriental Medicine. She is board certified through NCCAOM in acupuncture and herbal medicine and licensed in the state of Florida. She believes having these three tools together can really help her clients and patients live their best lives. Elizabeth believes achieving optimal health is a team effort, and with the right guidance and accountability anything can be accomplished.
Esmeralda graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2009. She believes that massage and energy work can help to unify and aid in the healing of the whole self. Through compassionate and careful listening, she addresses both physical, emotional and energetic issues, gently ushering your body towards peace and balance.
She initially studied massage and prenatal therapy, and then continued to enhance her practice through the study of Thai bodywork as a Medical Massage Practitioner abroad. She has spent the last decade sharing her practice in medical clinics, corporate settings and spas, as well as working in her own private practice.
She continues to share her gift through a variety of massage and body treatment services. Whether through strong compression, a comforting soft glide, or the release achieved from the sustained holds of Myofascial Release. Esmeralda’s practice is a fusion of mind, body, movement and breath which she utilizes in addressing the needs of clients suffering from chronic pain, those experiencing the stresses of a demanding life, of expectant mothers seekingrelief from the physical strain of pregnancy, and postnatal recovery.
Her style combines a mixture of clinically based deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, lymphatic drainage and stretching to calm, reset and revive the body, providing a relaxing yet effective massage. She works to slowly engage with the body to access what it needs, working to alleviate any tension, discomfort or pain. She also specializes in face and scalp treatments.
